Ok guys I know that the extreme crew would not say this but as a member of this group I beleive I can.
We all come here for advice, help and conversation. Its all free of charge and donations are optional.

I am sure the donation target covers only the basic operation of the forums and server. These guys work long and hard to bring us a great mod and help when we need it. The least we can do is help support the basic's. If each of us that come here on a daily basis gave just $5 a month everything would be covered and then some.
So what do yall say? Its the end of the month guys check the donation status.

The sad part here is.............
The Donation Module is only set to HALF what is really required to keep the website, FTP, test servers, etc etc up and running.

OK... I did a little research.
There are 1700 members here. Only 120 have made 20 or more posts.
IF those 120 and anyone one else who APPRECIATES the help they have received here (either through direct posted questions OR just LEARNING more by reading the posts) donated $5 (one small trip to McDonalds)
that's $600......
Come on guys.... I think it's time we give back to help support those who so freely give of their knowledge and TIME..................................
I hope I'm not disappointed but so far I have not been encouraged....

Ok now we are at 100 views and only 2 of us got the nads to donate.
Here is another challenge, everyone that downloads to next version of the best COD 4 mod avalible can donate $10 and I put in a $1 to match it.
The only way to get credit is to make the $10 donation with your name then post to this posting saying hey I put in my $10, I will verify and then make the match.
I will nominate Pat Man, Gixer or Cruz to tally if they accept the challenge to be judges on the match amount.
I am not rich so $10 = $1
What ya say, I know yall are all just waiting to bust some arse with that 130 these guys modded for ya.

Your on. I just donated another $20. I want BOTH new mods and don't mind donating $10 a piece for them. This is my way of showing my appreciation for all the hard work that is going on to make these new mods. I'm not rich either but I feel it's well worth it. Hell..I paid $50 for the game.....
I'll go one step further.... I'll go in with you on the $1 for every verified $10 donation for the downloads. That way you aren't burdened with the extra $10 you might have to cough up...lol
Let's hope it's more than that and maybe Joker will let us pay so much a month and not expect it all at once...rotflamo :P :P :P

Most of you guys have probably NEVER seen this. If you LOOK at the top of the main page you'll see at the top call DONATIONS.

After watching the donations section I have made an observation.
All you guys are just like women and sex..............you get wined and dined..........great movie..........convesation but when it comes down to opening your wallet all of a sudden you have a headache.

Thanks for the donations. I WISH there were more people here like you guys. I'm blown away by the fact that over 400 people have read this thread and only 7.....yes 7 ...have taken it upon themselves to give back to the eXtreme crew.
Again..... this only helps pay PART of their monthly OPERATING costs.
There are so many comments here on how grateful people are for the help they receive here but talk is cheap guys.... It's time to open the wallets and SHOW how grateful you are!!!!!!!!
PLUS I won't even go into the MONTHS of work the crew has put into BOTH new mods that will be coming out........

OK guys....
So far we have received $195 (not including Alvin's and my donations)
I'll round that up to $200 for our $1 for every $10 received calculations.
I have donated $10 towards the May cause (1/2 of $20). I will settle up the balance for May on the 31st.
Let's make it a GOOD month for the Extreme crew!!!!!!!!!!
As Alvin suggested in the beginning of this thread I will pledge to continue in the following months to donate $5 to show my financial support for the eXtreme Crew....no...I tell ya what I'll make that a pledge of $10 a month here after......

Considering ALL that you guys do for us this is a drop in the bucket.
I know you said early in this thread that the target amount for monthly donations only covers about 1/2 your expenses. Hopefully more people will donate and MAYBE cover ALL your expenses this month.

This is my thought.....Just a thought....
20 Seconds To PooP has many members and when I posted what I was going to do our members steped up to the plate and donated. I then donated those funds here to eXtreme for what all they do for the community.
Now the way I see it since there is thousands of clan servers out there. Why can't you clan servers owners post about it and have a group donation that represents your group.
Just like what I did. 20 Seconds to PooP donated $50 and we are not even a clan.
So come one members lets see some other groups match or even beat what 20 Seconds to PooP donation.

I don't know how many threads I've read where the eXtreme Crew have "saved the day" and solved the problem. I've heard "You're great", "Thanks a lot"

Maybe I'm upset because I just don't like to see people taken advantage of and folks that's EXACTLY what you're doing here.
Put yourselves the the Crews shoes for just one minute. You spend all this time answering questions, working your brains out on TWO new mods and someone starts a thread about donations and you see 8 out of 768 people respond....who would you feel??? IF it were me I'd feel pretty used.
IF I were the Crew I'd CHARGE for the mods but you know.......they won't.. and why you ask???? BECAUSE THEY GIVE SELFLESSLY and ask nothing in return.
The response here is just very sad. I really thought this community cared more for those who help.......

I could have swore I donated, lol. Apparently it takes a while to clear the transaction, should be there shortly, hopefully before the release of version 3.0 I don't think I'm quite a Saint yet though, will have to work on that.

A BIG thanks to all those to kicked in a donation last month.
Let's not let it end there. The eXtreme Crew has ongoing monthly expenses to meet just to keep this website on the air. What get in donations to cover these expenses comes out of THEIR pockets.
$5 to $10 a month won't take food off of most peoples tables that visit this site. Why not make a pledge to donate that much every month to an OUTSTANDING website AND help support a SUPER Crew that keeps answering our questions AND gives us GREAT mods FREE????
