Is it possible to re-direct players that are joining our server when full to one of our other server's without a mod?
If so how and what do I need to do?

i had this very same question, but the answer is no you cant do it without a mod, unless your game service provider has a tool for it(which in most cases they dont) sorry bud.

Could a mod be made just for this...{hint} Since the re-direct is broken and who knows if it will be fixed just a small little add on would be sweet. It would probably be small enough so that the players connecting will hardly notice a download in theory. Not sure maybe I am off base...

That is pretty darn cool..Brilliant! Love the message box. Next question and probably the most obvious... How does this effect stock ranks? The server will actually be modded correct?
Interesting idea... Fill the server with your little buddies then send them to our stock server's... Hmmmm maybe rank issue solved in a round about way. Sort of an enticing dummy server.
Oh lets do this... Send me what I need. Pleaseeeeeee.. This is a five beer product. lol! Also, teach me and include how to get those little buddies (bots) all connecting.... Also, will the message screen be able to be edited?

Well, when someone connects to the "dummy" server, yes, their rank is Private -- but, when they are redirected to the REAL stock server, their rank is just fine, whatever they had, cause it is a stock server.

For whatever reason I am unable to get the mod going. I set it up like the mods are run for CoD4 but it doesn't seem to take. It there something special that needs to be done for WaW?
Basically all we need is a sample command line and we can set up from there. We just cannot get the server to read the new server.cfg.

Jag and I are having trouble getting it to read the server.cfg... Probably need a command line. Dedicated Box we are running with Firedaemon.
Pretty sure we have files in proper folders...

Thanks Joker everything works perfectly. Just as a side question. I know the redirect is in the X4 mod for CoD4, but is there any way to get a stripped down version similiar to WaW for CoD4?
