Ability to save custom classes.

Reduce the font size when announcing availability of hardpoints.... ex: "YOU HAVE UAV"

Bring back the black and white as in single player view from the ac130.

Well done Joker... The reason I think the black and white look will be a better choice is so when in the ac130 you will not notice all of the outside map stuff as much.

Now my Night Mod suggestion... ^^ Can you imaging being in the ac130 with night vision on ... SWEEET!

Buster you know what we forgot, War!.  Perhaps Joker could find the code for that "new gametype" and get it in X3.  I know you know what I'm talking about but I'm sure we could shed some light for Joker.

Well Jag and Buster,

As you know i am workin on the WAR gametype. But for some reason i can't seem to find a way to fix the coded work that will block me from getting the gametype working.

another thing that would be nice joker to choose more than one attachment for your weapon like the m4 with a red dot sight and a silencer ,acog with a grenade launcher  or a sniper rifle with a silencer etc.etc.....

 just a  :idea: it would be cool thanks for the hard work

!!!!! PERK 2 = Overkill !!!!!

I cannot stand NOT being able to carry my g36c with my .50, or my MP5 with my g3 silenced .... terrible .

Besides that, the custom cammo's would be nice .

Everything else seems good to me as it is tho ... well, maybe being able to shoot the damn AC130 down would be cool as well .

Other then that tho, no complaint's .

Great work guys ... best mod ever .

The problem is that is for x4 1.0 not 2.0.

If all you do is copy over the weapon files from the iwd of that mod it wont work because the models and anims are not in the mod.ff.

Believe me i have tried this and it took me about a week to get them working LOL!!

You need the x4 RAW files so you can compile the weapon models and anims into the mod.ff, i have now managed to get the M21 silenced (well its an M14 really), M4 with EOTECH sight and GL, M4 with Red Dot Sight, silencer and GL.

I did have a few more added which worked fine on my test server but when i uploaded the alterd mod to our server (linux) the server would crash, i had to remove some to get it working so only the above run on our server.

can we have some of the single player weapons as standard for x4v3.0
ie fully auto g3, mp5 with reflex / silenced,m4 reflex / silenced, or m4 with "square" reflex/gl ,m21  ghillied/silenced..
even better would be the weapons that are in mw2 , steal from them what they stole from you..

can spawns be sorted,with multiple spawn points, as you spawn in exact same spot in most maps making it easier to  spawn rape.

and the current basic opfor skin is a crazy green , why not a desert cammo (like i have on my 2.0 server)

Maybe the secondary weapon system like in the eXtreme+ mod for CoD2 is an nice Idea?  8)

Hum. All I'm gonna say is have the IR lasers visible to team mates, especially those in choppers/AC130s. That way you can sorta point out where you need support.

By the by, the Frontlines mod has loads of fun gametypes that you may want to consider adding.

Heres a fun idea... Something that will increase the darkness of the maps. AKA the night mod. That, and flash lights. I saw something like a flash light when playing recently, the laser (from a distance) will produce a sort of spot-light light.

Not sure if it's too late or not to submit suggestions on the next X4, but something totally un-necessary, yet pretty neat is Freezetag's admin sheriff badges...  Instantly at a glance you know who's an admin if you need to contact someone and IMO it also helps keep down on the riff-raff.. On the FT servers I frequent, "roudy, out of control' players straighten right up when a badge comes into the game..  Oddly, you'd expect that just by seeing the clan tag, yet, many clans for whatever reason to not admin/pb_rcon up their members..  Just a thought, something to consider.  (didn't see it posted anywhere, sorry if it's a repost)

Maybe this is an nice option?

When you for example need to make 3 kills to get uav and you die at 2 kills maybe its an nice option if you respawn it will add the kill you make at first to the last 2 kills you needed for uav and you than get it?

I am sorry for my bad english  :P

And another suggestion is the ping scoreboard graphics image..

You normally get it by typing this command in the console /cg_scoreboardpinggraph 1

I already tried it by setting this option in my server.cfg but that doesn't work..

Thats why i suggest it here..

Also maybe nice the jukebox option like in Call of Duty 2?

Ok, here's my idea. I recently saw the X3 preview on Youtube with the controllable settings. It looks great and all but what would make it even better would be to add 2 weapon switches. So, you can switch between missiles and gunner; but the gunner view can be in 1st person like in MW2 :D (with some AC130 configs and stuff like themal vision). And another thing you could have 2 versions of the chopper, let's say a 7 killstreak for the normal gunner and a 17 killstreak (better turn up the killstreak requirments for the AC130 to prevent TOO much chaos) for a controlled. I'm sure this wouldn't be too much trouble but I can't see how far the Beta has got as it's the middle of the night and I'm using my iPod here in the UK XD...

has any of the xtreme guys had a look at k35.1 mod?
there are some very cool features that would look awesome in x4 ,
blackhawk gunships, mortars meteor strikes, new auto heli, machinegun turrets in place of c4 ,laser mines  in place of clays,  sricky nades with trails!  and  some more stuff..
combine tsome of these on x4 with mw2 style weapons and it would be brilliant stuff

K3 mod, last I head, was known to be packed with an RCON-stealer. Y'know. Run it on your server, and it'll nab and store your RCON password.

jeezuz crist, you guys are so far behind the news.  That was the K.1xx mod that came out over 2 years ago. It was setup so K!ll3r could help out strugglinng server admins but naturally no one believed it. Well, the Kid apologized all around - and there's never been a problem with him or his work.

And he fixed the back door with the next release and has never shown anything but talent in releasing his mods - current version is K1.51
and don't forget - ZombieX is his work, too.  Plus he's the talent behind CoD4's Rat House map.  And his work has been accepted and used by other modders in the community.

So dust off your motorolas and get on over to his site (http://www.kill3rcreations.com) - you just may like what you see  :wink:

Agreed, but I looked on the website and on youtube, didnt find anything about the mod :(
Anyway. sounds like a good mod that could be joined with X4 (and Pezbots as well for some proper training, not those rubbish bots you get with X4).
P.S. yeah, I probaly will stick with eXtreme, I can understand the language and its probaly the best out there.
P.S.S Erm, I was googling the wrong thing :(. Found out about the mod and its looks alright, but not my cup of tea (too futuristic for me)..

the futureistic things casn be deactivated , same as some stuff on x4 can, you just set the server up as you like,
imagine this,
killstreaks
uav = 3
airstrike = 5
napalm= 6
cool new heli (like harrier in mw2) = 7 (both armies can have helis at same time)
flyable blackhawk chopper =10  (both armies can have chopper at same time)( maybe with mini gun instead of rpd)
ac130 = 15
nuke = 25

perks
c4 or mobile turrets (can be placed anywhere, with ability to shoot down opponents and choppers automaticly)
clays or laser trip mines(can stretch the whole leanth of map,kills any opponent who touches it)

pulse nades that stick to walls and eneble when opponent goes near
also when you throw the nade it leaves a trail ,like in mw2

tell me this wouldnt be a great mod

The killcam in the K3 mod, i can't say it enough, will blow your mind, it's totally awsome.

Add in the K3 stuuf (minus that dumb stuff like black matter cannon) and the new stuff in X4 v3.0 and we will have ourselves the best mod ever created for Cod4 and possible any other game in the COD series (and maybe outside of that as well...). Oh and as throwing knives will be included (dont work on BETA however) and maybe the K3 killcam, imagine throwing the knife and hitting someone, then watching the knife as it flies towards you in a 1st person view, THAT WOULD BE BLOODY COOL!
