im trying to create a free for all server and when i strat it i alway play team death match .... what do i need to change ?

also if i already have a redirect of cod4 and want to have the same redirect for cod waw is it feasable

make sure your maprotation cfg has this set to dm, like this:

set g_gametype "dm"

and your actual rotation is like this:

set sv_mapRotation "gametype dm class 1234567890 map mp_airfield

dunno y not - mix your maps from 4 and 5 in one redirect, as long as you know what's what.

can i put other mod and map in a differents folder or i need the same folder setting for both game ?

i set a password and change the name of the host and even with this i can connect without any password

ok i found out that there a missing setting the +set fs_appdata

if i want to use teh same site as my cod4 box for redirect can i use the same structure for the redirect but different folder for the mod ?  

and what about the custom maps ?

It is the same filestructure

On my redirect I have it like this

cod4
    mods
       x4_mod_folder
    usermaps
       map_folder1
       map_folder2
cod5
    mods
       x5_mod_folder
    usermaps
       map_folder1
       map_folder2

im using drive hq for my redierect and need tgo have a folder Names Documents and in there i got my mods folder and inside the cod4 mod folder and the one from cod5

under documents i also have the usermaps folder for cod5

how can i have the custom maps for cod5 also

I dont understand your last question there, kerm - but your custom maps folders belong inside the usermaps folder. Its the very same way as it was done for cod4.
