Thanks Tally!

I am also struggling with steps 6 and 7

When I select my image and invert the selection then go to alpha, when I press delete I do not get a cut out like the one in the demo shots.
Instead I still see my outline on the black alpha chanel.

Any ideas?

Thanks!!!

Step 7

7. Press SHIFT + D, to restore the color palette to its default Black/White status.

Swtich foreground and background colors, by pressing SHIFT + D, so that white is the background, and black the foreground color.

you do not have to make a special iwd for this, all you have to do is name your image logo, i had said ex_logo but that was the wrong one, sorry, but name it logo, then put it in the extreme2.3.iwd, in the images folder, the materials file that goes in the materials folder in the extreme2/3.iwd should already be there but i will include it if you need it, i have renamed your image to the proper name, you can get the image and the materials file here

Like Gixxer said, rename the image to logo.iwi and overwrite the one in extremev2.3.zip (images folder).

Looks fine to me. I saved it again and converted it back to iwi. Try
