With the power of the Extreme mod in how it can change the game to suit the tastes of the one running the server (and hopefully players). Is there away to have info about the server (mod changes being utilized). So the players getting into the game knows what to expect. I've seen players getting into tactical server with changes and they seemed very puzzled about what was going on and why certain things were different then on other servers that they were on; and of course, they would usually complain and rant about, oh this server sucks - such as twelve year olds will do instead of just getting off the server). If they had a chance to read what the server was about then they would know what to expect.
