A tutorial for the Actual tools (ModBuilder and The Tools compiler i.e what does what and why) would be sweet!
I dunno about anyone else, but I think/would hope that just by giving us a walk through of maybe doing something simple with the tools, Kinda like a "follow along with me" type of thing on TS would answer alot of questions and allow more of us to do more at an earlier stage and possibly the answers to some questions alot of us have may reveal themselves just by "doing" if that makes any kind of sense.
For instance, in real life I'm a Custom Interior Trim Carpenter. I did not go to school for this, 23 yrs. ago I just started working with alot of questions and no answers!
The Guy I apprenticed under told me to "just do what I say and as you do this, you'll start to SEE why we do things a certain way alot quicker than I could make you understand by just TELLING You verbally"
Thus, it is in that "Spirit" I make this request. I also understand that since we are dealing in code and not sawdust, my request may be impossible or unrealistic but I figured what the hell I'd get it out there, right?!
On a lighter note, I again applaud all you guys in the know who are willing to devote your time and energy imparting this knowledge to those of us that only have one toe, and in my case, one toe hair into all this! lol
It does not go unappreciated.
Also, I've been out of the loop for a few weeks so I apologise if something like this has already been addressed while I was away.
Thanks for listening, You're Groovy...
P.S. Ditto on what Trenchfoot was saying regarding FF's
