long range rifle questions

I am from the >XI< clan and was wondering if anyone could help me with the 2.3 mod.  I am very new to modding and had a few questions.  I really wanted to get our long range rifles to not fire an exploding projectile and keep the scoped screen from swaying.  Any help would be very apprecieated.  I know you guys have some really talented members.  Thanks for anything that could help.  My xfire address is cbags.
