« on: May 19, 2008, 04:16:48 pm »
hi
i am hosting a cod4 server, from in side the game. i would like to
change respawn time. so far i have tried:
seta scr_player_suicidespawndelay 0  ,  seta scr_player_forcerespawn 1

seta scr_<gametype>_playerrespawndelay "0"
seta scr_<gametype>_waverespawndelay "0"
i go to players folder, then to profiles, then to config_mp folder.

when i go back to folder, after the server loads, the only command left Is:

seta player_forcerespawn "0"
the other commands that i tyied in is gone. i hope some on can held me
with this. this was working be for on my server, then i have to install
windows again. i have the server just the way it was, but the respawn time.
thank you

This is the same question you posted here http://www.mycallofduty.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=2242

You can not have these settings in the console_mp.cfg m8

You need to setup a proper server.cfg and run from the main folder or the mods folder
