C4 and Clays stay in play?

In version 2, the C4 and Clays do not die after killing the player who placed them. We had one player with almost 10 clays around a flag. Is this normal? I read everything several times looking for this setting and couldnt find any info.

set scr_deleteexplosivesonspawn "1"

My old eyes are starting to fail me  8O
