Help for Respawn with out "F"

Congratulations to all,nice work ,this Mod very good ,i need help for stop respawn with out "F"  i like stars game full ready for play. I am from Venezuela (South America) and make Server with this Mod. Sorry my english i am speack spanish......plz help me ..i need setting .cfg  i did try much and no work ...
every time that I begin the game , presses  "F" for spawn .thank you for help.

p.d. (some of you speaks Spanish)

0 = F to respawn
1 = respawn immediately
