after some chit chat with Joker i got it working well now.
So i would like to share it with all here...
If you want to have Headicons be displayed while users are in Spawnprotection like a cross or somethin else if you are able to change the iwi file then download this archive
http://rapidshare.com/files/144525337/headicon_spawn.rar.html but please make sure that you made a backup of the affected files before.
it will display a small white cross as headicon over every player which is currently in spawn protection.
