camping monitor

I notice that camping monitor is working fine if the person that camps don't move when warned BUT people get warned they move few steps and they get back to their camping.
Could it be posible to monitor how far they moved and if they stayed within few steps punish them. Something like with spawn protection where it is possible to set how far person can move while staying protected.

I am stil on v2.3 :) I use single iwd mod.
will there be a single iwd mod for v2.4? or is there some tutorial how to set up advanced iwd files ?

yea its provided in the pdf that come with the mod
