I have just upgraded to v2, SAB is also crashing our server, i've had to take SAB gametypes out for now, it's not a custom maps causing it as i also tried it on a stock map. It crashes as it goes to the screen after the first succesful SAB detonation, says it will swap sides then hangs and server goes down.
I tried the little fix you posted but no different, i suspect you had those files in v2 anyway as i only DL it a few days ago.
