shows but wont connect

Ok I had Joker help me with my command line ( thanks by the way Sir) and it does seem to work,,one person was able to connect right after the restart and he downloaded all the stuff ( I think all ) and played for a bit, I on the other hand was not able join as it took for ever to download account info,,It does show up in my favorites list but not the internet list, it does on HLSW list  but I can't still connect. Any thoughts ???? ty

69.42.52.234:28961   well it finally let me in and some others,and after kicking me out tot desktop twice it did download. BUT it was on the stalemate_v1 map which exceeded the 400 limit thing,,is there a fix here for the map limits,,I know I saw one somewhere??
