Hi

Im thinking of getting a new server and I wonder whats best of this choises of cpu

Opteron 2,4Ghz 1M cache
or
Opteron 1,8Ghz with 2M cache

Is it best to go for Ghz or cache?

I shall have dual CPU:s
Its the same price for the CPU:s

With dual cpu's cache is cache *L* I would be more concerned with the total amount of RAM

I have a 1.8 and it runs great but I also have 4gig RAM on it and it runs 10 COD2 servers

I plan to have 4Gig RAM,
If I understand you rights its best to go for speed instead of cache

what do you think about multiple ip or have one ip and multiple ports for your cod servers.

Multiple IP's definately -- causes less confusion since the default port is always 28960

But, if you have 4gig RAM, cache is not a big deal for cpu
