server.cfg for fast rank

Hi

I about to setup a local free for all server, does anybody know have the server.cfg should look like, so it plays fast rank with 3000 score point per kill?

That was a bug in the original game, i believe they fixed it in one of the previous patches to prevent people from doing fast rank.
