Battle For Europe is a campaign style tournament for the Call of Duty Series. Upon registration players are randomly assigned to divisions, either as an Axis grenadier or an Allied private; and then sorted into regiments and companies. A simulated "war" is fought out week by week in titanic 12-hour battles every Wednesday and Saturday in COD2 and on Sunday (COD:UO). After a two-month campaign, a winner is declared, armies are reset, and the battle begins anew.

A map shows the progress of the two armies as they fight for control of Europe, with cities changing hands as victories are secured! Players can earn promotions and medals for deeds of valor both on and off the battlefield, starting off as a Private and working their way up the ranks. Officer commissions are issued at the start of the campaign so players can serve as officers, devising battlefield strategies and leading their men to victory!

There's a wealth of other ways in which someone can show their talent, with custom mapping and modding teams, graphic design groups, and our very own Signal Corps newspaper.

Absolutely no commitment is needed, the tournament is FREE, and you can play as little or as often as you like.  You don't need to be in a clan to sign up, though we have several clans whose members play with us.  Skill varies from greenhorn to veteran, and everyone is treated equally.

BFE has a very active and lively community and BFE's style of gameplay is an innovation in internet gaming.  BFE is not only the best tournament of its type, Activision and Infinity Ward have named it the Official Call of Duty 2 Tournament. Want your COD gaming experience in organized, fun and friendly environment that's as hacker and smacktard free as possible? What are you waiting for? Get into the battle now!
