Modifying clanlogo - JPG to IWI

Hi, simple question here: how to convert JPG to IWI? I have to set up a custom clanlogo!
I tried every converter on this planet but when trying to convert from DDS to IWI, many programs tells me that does not recognize the DDS file..(maybe wrong format??)  8O

Using Adobe Photoshop - with the nvidia DDS plugin -- when you went to save your new image, what settings did you use to save it to a .DDS file?

Also, what size is your image?

Save as a .dds file from Photoshop and then use the attached converters - i use these almost weekly and they work fine for me

make sure your image is a multiple of 2 ie.
64x64
128x128
256x256
512x512
1024x1024
and so on...
