Help with COD4 X4 Mod Message CFG

Hi Can any one please tell me how to get the Serverrules to work or to come on screen,
I have tried everything to get it to work but nothing all the other message in the cfg file work fine but not the servrrules bit.

This is the part that will not work

Serverrules are linked to the command monitor's warp command and anti-run punishment.
They will not show up in any menu, if that's what you're looking for.

wouldn't it be possible to have the serverrules like the connectmessages in cod waw. cause that is what i am looking for, so please could someone help me out by telling me to stop searching or pointing me in the right direction. thanks up front

show the serverrules before you choose your class just like cod waw when you connect to a server you will be shown a welcome screen most serveradmins use it to show the server rules can this be done with cod4?

no mate the last part of messages.cfg in the x5 mod is called connect messages they will be shown to you when you connect to a server before you choose your team. can this be done in cod4?

if i could i would help but i am still in the dark with this issue i know it can be done with openwarfare mod but i would like that it could be done with x4

As far as i know the section in messages.cfg for server rules doesnt work,

but server rules can still be made in server messages

open messages.cfg

find server messages section and just put your rules in there!!

if you only use 5 messages for rules, change this part  set ex_servermsg "10" to set ex_servermsg "5"
