Fully Automatic M16?

I know this is a stupid question, but i cannot make the M16 on my modded server fire fully automatic. I changed the fireType\3-Round Burst\ to fireType\Full Auto\ in the weapons file but it still fires a 3 round burst. I remembered to update the .iwd files correctly so its not that. Can someone help me out please...what am i doing wrong?

you also need to change the setting in  the reflex & acog weapon files

I DID change those...problem was, i didnt change the gl one as we have the tubes disabled. It is fixed now and thank you very much for helping me.
