Favo problems on my server.

Hi there, I have a question. I know this is eXtreme Mod forum, that's why I post it in General Discussion. If you think it's the wrong section just let me know.  :oops:

 I have a loyal player who always was able to connect to our server. But for some reason he is having some strange problems, and I do not know what to do about it. I tested it the way he did it and I am not having any problems.
He starts up COD4, goes to his favorite list and normally our server is in that list, but at this moment he sees our IP not server name but IP, after IP is map list but that map is not running on our server, and Gametype is S&D but we do not use that gametype with our MOD. So nothing is right except IP. I already told him why do you not use a shortcut on your desktop, and he already reinstalled his game. Second strange thing is, we have a duplicate server, but that's our stock Pez server and the one he is having the problems with is our custom map Pez server.So please is here someone who can tell me what's wrong, perhaps just something I missed I really don't know anymore.

the first pic is showing the server offline, may have ta do with his internet, firewall, or sum other settings......

and is the ip correct?

Yes IP is correct that's why I don't understand it. =R2R= Pezbot V2.0 Female models/custom maps! IP:  109.70.148.139:28960 SO I see server name and he only IP.

Hi there is it possible that it could be a MAC problem? Just found out he works on a MAC. Or do you have other idea's, bdshepherd firewall was okay so that is't the problem, but thanks for your reply

Yes mac has alot to do with it I think, this isn't the first time I'm hearing about a mac problem sry too say. And i don't know the solution
