sniper Range

if i wanna change the range on the sniper do i hav to go into the iwd find weapons find the line maxDamageRange\4000\minDamageRange\5000\  and change both of them :?  :?  just cheaking befor i do edit then. :idea:

any help would be great

The range of normal sniper rifles is already at the max. They need to be altered so they shoot projectiles instead of bullets. This thread gives a good explanation.

will that work with the  eXtreme Warfare v3.0 RC5 if i download the other file and just copy the guns in. or will it just mess up the  eXtreme Warfare v3.0 RC5 mod.
