RBCTF suggestion

Admittedly I was excited about the idea of the RBCTF  game mode but after playing it a few rounds It makes no sense to me.

I dont understand why there is a total game time and a round time. I dont understand why there there is a team score and a captures score.

What I hoped for and what I'd like to see is something like this:

Set a number of rounds
Set a time limit for each round
Set a respawn limit for each player and display live players in the hud
Ready Up at the start of the match
First team that caps, or kills the other team. wins the round
Teams are swapped at the end of each round or the middle of the match
Readyup once teams are swapped.

Bottom line its more like S&D...a more tactical, less run and gun, version of CTF.
